harsh vocalist for soft/hate nonsense speech on harsh percussive sounds

Hi i am based in Berlin but looking everywhere as the Berlin musik scene sucks. I am looking for a vocalist/speecher for my project, sort of gloomy ritual electro percussive stuff. I don't need a singer (but better if you also are), rather someone willing to do moody speech while the music is playing, from soft to angry. The goal is to play live as soon as possible. Thank you.
